In House Clinic Program
Each Saturday morning during the program, a group of experienced trainers instruct volunteer parent-coaches how to teach a new skill to the young players. The trainers make sure the coaches know how to demonstrate the skill and incorporate it in a full practice session. Parent-coaches are welcome to come to sessions 10 minutes before start time to learn the skills and games of the day. The trainers and parent-coaches will conduct a practice; 1 hour in duration. Practices will conclude with a scrimmage and review of skills. The children are grouped with kids of their own age group. The players are taught the rules and skills of soccer while enabling them to enjoy playing the game in an organized and fun way.
BSA provides each player with a club T-shirt, to be worn at each session. Other equipment needed are shinguards (Mandatory!), athletic shorts, and soccer socks. Soccer cleats are strongly recommended but sneakers may be worn.
