Take The Garden State Parkway North To Exit 90 (Brick/Lakewood/Pt. Pleas)
Make Right at Light, taking Jug handle Back To Rt. 88.
Make A Left Onto 88 Westbound.
Go To The Light At New Hampshire Ave. Make A Right Onto New Hampshire Ave.
Continue To The End (Stop Sign).
Make A Left Onto Ridge Ave.
Continue Past The Small Cemetery On Your Right To Ramsey St
Make A Right Onto Ramsey Street
The Gym Parking Area Is In Front Of You On The Left
