MOSA exists for the purpose of the player experience relating to playing soccer.  This experience should include a sense of enjoyment, satisfaction, and accomplishment.  MOSA follows the FIFA Laws of the Game as modified for Youth by the USSF and USYS.  Additionally, the league operates in accordance with the policies of NJYS.

MOSA has posted a new game rule that takes effect as of October 23, 2006.  It is as follows:

Any team that wins a MOSA game by more than 6 goals is subject to review by their Club and MOSA.

There is a possibility of a suspension and/or fine for the coach/team.
