Berkeley Soccer Association is always looking for dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to join our coaching community. All BSA coaches are volunteers—many of whom began coaching when their own child first stepped onto the field at a young age.

You do not need a soccer background to coach with BSA. Our coaches come from all walks of life. What matters most is your commitment to our players, our values, and creating a positive soccer experience for children.

Coaching is a rewarding way to give back, support player development, and be part of a strong community that values learning, teamwork, and sportsmanship. BSA provides guidance, resources, and support to help you succeed in your role.
